BOOKINGS - Use the
BOOKING
FORM for your initial yearly bookings. Any additional
bookings may be made by phone. BOOK AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE! In
order to guarantee a place and to allow more
advertising.

STAND PRICE - Prices vary from
venue to venue and can be found on the BOOKING
FORM. Please see special offers for MBS therapist and
healers on the News Page. Double stalls are available at all
events at a £10 discount.

PAYMENT
IN ADVANCE FOR FIRST FAIR must be sent with the booking
form. Thereafter stallholders must pay for next event at
prior fair. Cheques should be current and paid to County
Fairs. To guarantee exclusivity some products (i.e. FLP,
Bioflow etc will also be asked for a £5 per fair
non-returnable deposit. |

CANCELLATIONS
will only be accepted up to 14 days before a fair.
After this time monies paid will be forfeited and payment
for the next event should be sent. No exceptions

STALLS
- Tables and chairs are
supplied. Tables are 6'x2'. Double stalls are available at
a £10 discount. TABLES ONLY will be provided
at the outdoor marquee events. (Chairs may be hired at £1
each) |

POSITIONS
- Tables will be
allocated as at previous venues. We will try to accommodate
preferences where possible.

TIMING
-
Indoor events will be open to the public from 10.30am -
5pm with set up from 8.30am. Outdoor events are normally
from 10.30am to 5.30pm.
Tables should be occupied 45 minutes before start of fair
and made to look as presentable as possible with a suitable
covering to front and sides.

PACKING
AWAY - To be fair to your fellow stallholders and most
importantly the customers, no packing away is allowed before
the advertised closing time. We allow only discreet tidying
from behind the stall 15 minutes before official closing
time. Please do not book if you cannot accept this
condition.

ADVERTISING
AND SIGNS - Fairs are advertised in trade and local
press and signposted as appropriate.

 |
POWER
- for general spot lights etc. is available free at
indoor events. A charge of £5 will be made at marquee
events. Please note some halogen lamps may not be suitable
for use at outdoor events. Please check first. Definitely no
kettles or heaters.

NOISE
- Please be considerate to other stallholders, ambient
music is usually playing.

are always available.
