general information | conditions | cancellations

BOOKINGS.
We suggest you telephone first. You can use the attached form(s) on pages
8 and/or 9 for your initial yearly bookings. Additional bookings may be made by telephone.
Book as early as possible! We can then do more for you by way of advertising, etc.

STAND PRICES. Table prices for our events can be found on page 7.
All cheques should be current and made payable to Marcus Pateman or for payment by
BACS or internet banking: Account 29117686 Santander Sort code 09-01-32.
Double stalls attract a £10 discount.

N.B. PAYMENT FOR FIRST FAIR BOOKED by new stallholders must be sent with
booking form. After the initial fair we operate a £20.00 rolling deposit scheme. With the
deposit in place stallholders then only pay for each fair as they attend. To guarantee
exclusivity some products (ie FLP, Bioflow, aura cameras, etc) will also be asked
for a £5 per fair non-returnable deposit. This means we will not accept additional
bookings for these products/services once your £5 is in place.

FAIR BOOKING REMINDER EMAILS. Where possible we will send out a reminder of
your booking for the next fair by the Monday before.  As it may have been several weeks
since
you booked please reply immediately to confirm you will be there. If you must
cancel this is just about the very latest time to say so.

CANCELLATIONS will only be accepted up to 12 noon on the Tuesday before a fair.
This allows us a little time to try and resell the stall. But, more importantly it also enables us
to give up-to-date, accurate information to visitors by way of advertising and email shots, etc.
After this time monies will be forfeited and a new deposit of £20.00 for next event should be
sent. No exceptions.

TABLES and CHAIRS will be provided at indoor fairs. Retailers can bring their own table to
put in front of the table provided. Tables are nearly always 6'x2'6".

POSITIONS. Whilst we will always try to meet stallholders requests - to stop possible
disputes - the general rule is that tables will be allocated as for the previous fair at each venue.

GENERAL. Antiques & crafts events will be open to the public from 10am to 4.30pm with
set-up from 8.45am. Mind, Body & Soul fairs are open from
10.30am to 5pm with set-up
from 9am
. Tables should be made to look as presentable as possible with cloths large
enough to cover the front and sides of table(s) used. Tables should
be occupied at least
30 minutes before the start of the event.

PACKING AWAY. To be fair to fellow stallholders and most importantly the customer, no
packing away is allowed before the advertised closing time. Early packing creates a poor atmosphere and shows a lack of consideration for others. We will only allow discrete
tidying from behind the stall 15 mins before closing.

IF YOU CANNOT ACCEPT THIS CONDITION PLEASE DO NOT BOOK.

ADVERTISING and SIGNS. We advertise in local press and signpost as appropriate.
We also appear on several websites and send out hundreds of emails.

POWER
for spot lights, etc. is free at indoor events. As we cannot guarantee a power point
immediately at the back of every stall you should always bring your own extension lead.
This should be at least 12' long. Note that older, high wattage halogen lamps may not be
suitable at some events. To avoid power cut-outs definitely no kettles or heaters!

REFRESHMENTS.
Hot and cold refreshments are always available. NB at hotel venues
we are not usually allowed to do our own catering so prices can be quite high.
It might be advisable to bring a flask to these venues.
