Please note there is a cancellation deadline of
12 noon on the Tuesday before a Sunday fair.

After this time those with £20 deposits in place will
need to send a new deposit.

Those without a deposit will need to send the full
amount before they can stand again. Unfortunately this
has become necessary due to the high proportion of
stallholders who now cancel at the last minute
or just do not bother to turn up!

These prices assume the £20 deposit is in place.

These prices with no £20 deposit in place.
Last minute bookings from new stallholders are excepted.
